I think they might go in to save naruto from a fatal attack.

No they already understand from before that if they fought again that it would be only them but I guess I couldn't say for sure if Kakashi or Sakura wouldn't intervene maybe Kakashi would try to I guess probably talk and try convince Sasuke to turn back but that would be Naruto's job mostly

Yeah Sakura is still saying sasuke kun and nothing more she can say so I doubt she cld made her mind abt fighting him now,,,,

Kakashi might ask for some chakra from naruto and then fight , at least he cld analyse and tell tricks to naruto

No matter if sasuke said he will kill tsunade , I doubt she can made her mind to attack him,,,,

sakura I'm sure has a plan, she knew Sasuke was going to shift, she had hoped he wouldn't but she will confront if necessary, he can't kill her she has regeneration and she can see through his tricks.

Sakura like Kakashi didn't know that he would turn back to being Insane/Evil/Dark/Emo besides Naruto this is evident by Sakura and Kakashi's reaction and Naruto's look which was that of no surprise that Sasuke made the choice he did....

Sakura knew from the start that he wasn't being genuine, her fake smile is self explanatory. She was shocked that he would go as far as murdering all the hokages but she knew, ofcourse she hoped he wouldn't but she knew right from the start.

You got me there I forgot that part where Sai asks her wether or not she believes Sasukes intentions are true which is when she smiles at Sai but Sakura was still surprised so I would guess, in her head she was telling herself that Sasuke hasn't changed and is up to something but her heart tried to believe that Sasuke did return to them and turn good but I guess with her reaction told her which was right

Sakura's is one of the few people who understands Sasuke, in part one she was the only one who knew he was running away from the village and she tried to stop him. She also was the first to come to terms with the prospect if having to kill Sasuke even though she loved him.

She may have loved him once but she never understood him, his feelings or the reason he did what he has done up to this point other then Naruto...
