Okay so kiba and neji......two characters that were top tier characters in part 1.

Kiba​

If you haven't notice kiba was a 'good' character in part 1 that is until naruto beat him in the chunin exams. Now kiba is one of the worst characters in naruto history. But in my opinion kiba deserved his fate for acting like he was top dog and always being a ****.

Neji​

neji, this guy was hyped up so much in part 1 its not even funny. i mean you would think he could beat almost anyone in part 1 that is until naruto knocked his jaw loose. After that poor neji couldn't catch a break....hell he even got killed, not even kiba received such a cruel fate.

The Cause???​

Uzumaki Naruto.....Losing to part 2 naruto wouldnt be a big deal because naruto is freaking op. But....part 1 naruto was underrated and was portrayed as weak in early part 1, and of course after losing to someone you thought was a weakling will pretty much kill your self confidence.

Neji and kiba fans can all thank naruto for turning their fav into low tier characters:snick:

Kiba beat Naruto up pretty bad and lost to Naruto's luck. Although Naruto didn't use any Kyuubi chakra, if he had, it could have gotten very interesting.

As for Neji, eh.
