This is an extremely strong chakra explosion that dwarfs human sized creatures and sends them flying. Just look how small the Juubi spawns are on this scan. This is clearly a mid ranged technique even in the worst case.

You do realize that she had to hit the ground/Jubi spawn against the ground for that to happen? The only possible way a punch can be mid-long range is if your 8th Gated Gai and can punch the air with extreme strength and speed that the air basically becomes the extension of the punch. Sakura can't do that, she had to go in close and land a punch every single time she tried.

And a bunch of rocks flying upwards are not killing or even injuring the Sound 5.

The only one who would survive the shockwaves is Kimimaro, the others are getting crushed easily. Sakura doesn't have to directly hit her enemies anymore.

Well theoretically she doesn't have to punch anything because her base strength has little to no damage, but she would be way to overpowered if she would be able to punch from a distance.

Kill? Can you prove to me that it killed them? All that was shown was them tossed in the air. Durability was a NON-FACTOR for the spawns that where NOT hit by the punch. Same thing apply's for the "kids", they simply keep their balance on a rock (which the spawns can't do btw) and they won't even receive a bruise.

Your honestly out of your mind if you actually think that a character can die from being sent upwards, they themselves won't receive any damage from Sakura punching someone else, only the ground will assuming she punches downwards.

Even a Fodder is stronger then an average 16 year old girl, even someone below fodder (Part 1 Sakura) has peak human physical strength. Just because she builds up chakra in her fist does not mean momentum does not increase her strength. If she throws a punch from one inch away it will be much weaker then a punch from running at the target.

The fact that they where screaming means they did not die, and if they did die, it was only from falling down from that distance. The Sound 4 won't have that problem since they can stick on to a rock with chakra at their feet. And the Jubi spawns have ZERO durability, they got destroyed by everything K11 threw at them. And how do you even know if we never saw them again? We saw PLENTY of Jubi spawns after that, you have no way of differentiating the ones in the air in that instance from the ones tht appeared later on.

THEY where not hit, the GROUND was hit so hard that it broke and sent the spawns flying. Even an average human would survive being carried towards the sky by a rock (they Wouldent survive the fall though). And Sound 4 are not average humans, even Part 1 Sakura wasn't.

Do earthquakes kill people? NO. How do peole die from earthquakes? From the buildings that collapse because of the earthquakes or because of holes that the earthquakes create. Do you know what earthquakes are? Shock waves. THE SAME THING APPLY'S HERE, THEY WILL NOT DIE FROM THE SHOCKWAVES THAT ARISE FROM SAKURA PUNCHING THE GROUND.
