Kaguya wins mid difficulty only because having both the Yin and Yang seal from Rikudo will boost Kakashi's power to a level above Naruto and Sasuke individually.

No ,kaguya didn't get taken by surprise ,she and BZ clearly noticed that kakashi phased through the ash bone yet kakashi speed blitzed her and cut her shoulder

There is a big difference between what kakashi did and sakura did

Sakura attacked kaguya from the behind while she was trying to evade naruto and sasuke who were going to seal her with one touch ,she didn't evade sakura because simply naruto and sasuke were surrounding her ,it was 3. Vs 1

While kakashi speed blitzed her although she was looking directly at him before that and naruto and sasuke weren't there to surround her ,so it was 1 vs 1

Sasuke's s/t is instant but his striking speed isn't ,kaguya evaded sasuke easily while naruto speed blitzed her although naruto is slower than sasuke's instant teleportation but he is faster than sasuke's striking speed

Sure he can dodge around 4-5 ash bones with kumai before his temporary powers disappear and he takes the ash bone. Kagaya can easily send him to the ice dimension where he will be forced to either take the ash bone or kamui out wasting his kumai usage up; at this point Kagaya can rinse and repeat until he runs out of time.

Kakashi's power isnt limited by a certain time but by obito's leaving him
As long as obito is inside him ,he can use his power ,and obito won't leave him while he is fighting with kaguya
Obito left him in the manga because the fight with kaguya was over

So in (dms kakashi vs......) threads we should consider that obito won't leave kakashi as long as kakashi is fighting
So outlasting kakashi isn't a choice ,especially that he has full hogoromo's chakra ( in this thread condition )

If kaguya sent him to the ice dimension and tried to capture him with the ice like she did with naruto and sasuke ,kakashi would simply phase through this ice and ash bones at the same time

There is difference between hogoromo's case and obito's case
Hogoromo is in the real world while obito wasn't ,whatever I amont sure about this point ,thread's maker should have cleared that in the conditions
Obito's leaving kakashi after kaguya was sealed doesn't mean that is his limit ,he left because the fight was over ,if the fight hadn't been over ,he wouldn't have left till he reachs his time limit
For example hogoromo appeared in the real world nearly at the beginning of the fight with kaguya ,yet he is still there till now ( but he reached his limit the last chapter)
I guess obito's time limit to be in kakashi is the same ,so this time limit isn't short as you think

About kamui raiki
Kaguya used dimensional shifting when she tried to avoid sasuke. Because they were in the gravity dimension where she can't move freely ,so she changed the dimension instantly to another dimension where she can move freely and avoid sasuke

But kakashi speed blitzed her although they weren't in the gravity dimension ,they were in a dimension where they can move freely ,so how is dimensional shifting going to help her against kamui raiki !!?did you get my point?

Kakashi can counter IT by going to the other dimension till the light of IT vanishs ( like sasuke countered it ,he hided in the Susano while kakashi will hide in the other dimension )
