I am not kidding, a healthy Kimmimaro could pull of a win. He himself has a insane healing factor and insane durability. He is a lot more skilled then her in CQC, is faster and very flexible to dodge her attacks. Sawarabi No Mai is OP.

Not to mention he has Tayuya who can put Sakura under Genjutsu, even if only temporarily to give Kimmimaro an opening and Sakon/Ukon who are especially useful against Sakura.

With the help of the Sound 4, Kimmimaro destroys her, alone, he can arguably pull of a High-Diff win.

No, he is merely manipulating the bones in his body. He can repair them if they got damaged, but there is no evidence he can heal his organs, for instance.

Please I hope you realize there are different type of cells in the body. Like bone cells are different from the ones that form your hair. Yeah Kimimaro can only control his bone cells. That is clear when he states bone forming and destroying of cells.

Bone cells were not even in the scan, the scan said destroying cells. Not destroying bone cells. Kimi is regenerating, the evidence is in his skin repairing. I find it ironic that a Tsunade/Sakura fan whose yin seal boast using cells for regeneration is denying that Kimi is using cells for regenerations.
