I'm going to be reasonable and say that Shisui probably has Susano'o, but it appears to only be a V3 ad that's nothing comapared to Itachi's ethereal weapon equipped V4.

Itachi's Mangekyou Sharingan should allow him to see through any of Shisui's Genjutsu including KA, vice versa for Shisui who could also most likely break Tsukuyomi.

Shisui is portrayed to be faster as he's known as Shunshin no Shisui, but Itachi is fast as well and could very well hold his own in a CQC.

All of Shisui's Katons can be matched by Itachi, but Itachi also has Amaterasu up his sleeve which Shisui has no counter for.

i agree with shisui may habe been better than itachi when they were younger but itachi has had a decade to advance his skills... i dont think it would be anything lower than high diff on either side
