Naruto will take Sasukes eyes and implant them on kakashi and thus allowing them to dispel the IT coz the sage said we need Sasukes rinnegan not Sasuke himself, so it would totally make sense.

Did you not listen to what Obito said to Sakura? He states that he nearly lost himself just transplanting one Rinnegan of the two. Considering he is an Uchiha descendant, how the hell do you expect Kakashi to be able to wield its power? He will literally end up killing himself if he transplants Sasuke's Rinnegan. Naruto will probably be the one to take Sasuke's eye's if it does get to that situation, because like Nagato, he is of the Uzumaki clan, and being a descendant of Ashura, he has the ability to wield the Rinnegan as well.

If I can "make a prediction" (not necessarily the only one I will make in regards to the subject):

Sasuke and Naruto die fighting each other. Hinata, just before her personality fades, emerges as the heart of Kaguya as the chakra fruit is born (or perhaps she will be 'reborn' with the power of the fruit). With that power, she will return the personalities of those who would be turned into Zetsu and take both Naruto and Sasuke to the realm of divine beings - leaving the world as it was before Kaguya first arrived.
