Yeah I figured that. Do you think Naruto at this point of his life is willing to kill Sasuke to save the 5 kage especially Tsunade and Gaara who he has close relationships to and the bijuu? I personally say yes. I think he has matured to where he can come to that conclusion.

I don't think Kishi may go this far, I don't think Naruto meant by stating he'll stop the brothers feud right there that he will put an end to Sasuke's life, but rather that he'll stop the war that lasted generations between the two sons and their reincarnations, remember that he told the SOSP they won't end up like his sons, and we know how the sons ended up, destroying each other.
That’s only my point of view anyways, and I think that it'll be nice to see Naruto with a mature resolve for a change especially that it is obvious that he realizes that words don't work on Sasuke.

Naruto can sense bad energies. He probably knew it was coming, which is why he said all those things before the fight about how "I've made a lot of friends.. and their all good guys!". He was trying to convince Sasuke, but now hes like "aight bish, you wanted it, here it comes."
