Through his agreeance with Naruto to help dispel Infinite Tsukuyomi.. Before the plot twist where Sasuke totally lost it. He knows he still need Naruto.. But then again, it's Sasuke... Extremely one-track minded & goal oriented.

He wanted to eliminate the ones to give him trouble against his real plan ( Kagaya, Madara, Obito). Sasuke only wanted Naruto since he couldn't eliminate the former foes without him, and now since they are gone, Naruto becomes an obstacle like the rest.

I really don't see how Sasuke needs Naruto. IT in Sasuke's mind can be reversed with his eye. But whatever
