I've mentioned this a couple of times on a couple of other threads, but I think Orochimaru might be the final villain. Why? Simple really, his goals have always been to obtain an Uchiha body and to learn all jutsu, ever since part 1. Both those goals might now be achievable.
First, the Uchiha body. Naruto and Sasuke will fight. We all know Sasuke will lose. What if Sasuke is weakened enough from the fight for Orochimaru to possess his body? I know he possessed a White Zetsu a few hours prior in manga time, but Hashirama's DNA reduces cooldowns for other techniques (KA anyone?), so I wouldn't be surprised if it reduces the cooldown for Oro's body transfer. Maybe the White Zetsu body will also strengthen the jutsu somehow.
Second, learning all jutsu. Hagoromo mentioned in chapter 671 that the infinite tsukuyomi will create a new chakra fruit. See where I'm going with this? My prediction is that Orochimaru takes Sasuke's body and then eats this new chakra fruit. I even remember Orochimaru mentioning that he wants to become the "ultimate being" (
And yes, I know Orochimaru's inside infinite tsukuyomi right now. But since it turns everyone to zetsu, he could be freed from it earlier than everyone else due to his Zetsu body.
Admittedly, there is a little problem with this little prediction of mine. As far as we know, Kaguya was an ordinary person before eating the fruit. Imagine Oro eating it with current Sasuke's body. I have no idea how the hell he'd be defeated without it being complete bullshit.
TL;DR: Orochimaru has always wanted an Uchiha body and to learn all jutsu. Sasuke will get weakened from his fight with Naruto, allowing Orochimaru to take over his body. He'll then eat the shinju's fruit (which according to Hagoromo should be growing because of IT) which will allow him to learn all jutsu.

Eating the chakra fruit would fulfill Orochimaru's goal of learning all jutsu/becoming the "ultimate being" perfectly, which is why I feel that he might eat it.
