Who's the strongest and weakest?

Very difficult to do. I tried for about 30 seconds then had to give up.

Out of those I think either Future Rogue, Gildarts or Jellal take the top spot.

Mard Geer isn't that great seen as he is being stalemated by the twin dragons. CSK is similar to Mard Geer and Makarov is clearly weaker than post skip Laxus, going by pre-skip Laxus's feats against Hades.
