B. Go after the hearts and then Kakuzu, but she has to worry about Kakuzu attacking her from behind.

Either scenario, she loses.

And Katsuyu? Turned into fried slug with Fire Style.

Sakura alone got nothing on kakuzus ninjutsus and kakuzu is fast and good in close combat. he will avoid sakuras punches and will rip her heart to overcome byakogu.

Okay, since you are using Kakuzu's baseless hype, than here is my counter. According to the databook and Tsunade, the user of the Byakugou can't be killed by any means ( including decapitation ) and according to the manga Sakura is on pair with BM Naruto and EMS Sasuke. Kakuzu gets shitted on.

I think ripping out her heart will allow kakuzu to bypass the effects of byakogu.
I don't know what you mean by "she is on pair with BM Naruto", i haven't seen her battling 7 tailed beasts at the same time nearly alone ??
You say kakuzu gets shitted on and than say it could go either way. am i misunderstanding things here ?

Kakuzu is on another level, sakura did very much in the war, but in 1vs1 Kakuzu is a sick opponent who survived a fight with the 1 hokage.
