All the images of Naruto show him sporting some kind of injury. Those bandages probably parallel his first fight at VOTE.

I get it what do you want to say. Sasuke got injured in the same way as naruto.Naruto didn't use his Toad boss summoning otherwise battle would be over in 1 second but Plot demanded sasuke to leave the konoha in order to kill itachi that's why naruto got nerfed.

Anyways,Naruto fought against Kimmimaru and sound 4.Naruto already used up mostly of his chakra against them.

Look at naruto's eyes,Naruto was using kyuubi chakra just because he was ran out of chakra

third,NAruto almost single handedly defeated juubito,Juubi jin madara and kaguya.How come he can lose against sasuke who is a non juubi jin?

fourth,after Naruto's defeat ,which is highly unlikely, sasuke's escape is not possible at least at this point of the story as it will be quite repetitive and boring.

fifth,Naruto's right arm is bandaged just because kishi doesn't want to show that whether naruto yields Sun mark or not.

Sixth,Logically naruto's movie is a time skip and that is future naruto.How can a injury still have an impact on naruto's hand when naruto fought against sasuke 2-3 years ago?
The scan you showed was the immediate scan of naruto after his fight.In the start of the shippuden naruto didn't have those bandages on his body

Seventh,Naruto already said that i will put an end to this Brother's feud which means he will completely stop this Reincarntions of ashura and indra and their fights.There is no point of losing naruto as Naruto will put an end to this feud.

His bandages in "The Last" show up the arm as well so it is probably not the Sun seal and is representing serious injury.
