He can. Naruto learned Rasen-Shuriken before SM.

He can, but it damages him. SM strengthens most of his stats so the technique doesn't backfire. His body in SM can sustain it, while the base can't. Of course, at his level now, his base mode can probably handle the stress.

Agreed.

@ Bold: That was my point.

Personally I don't see Naruto contradicting all of this, do you?

Considering we'll be watching a battle from manga called 'Naruto'...

This battle won't totally rely on OPness of either one... tactics, weaknesses, strategies, unpredictability, etc... will be major part...
And when it comes to someone who had faced the most variety of opponents, it's Naruto...

Taking in account all that you mentioned in the OP, it'll be a close battle... Naruto, finally surprising Sasuke and his fans and winning the last battle with most unorthodox way... That's what I think...

Well.. in any battle those things always have great value but realistically, given that both parties are sane and strategical... the more OP opponent usually wins unless they're restricted by plot (Kaguya and Madara for example or even the Nagato vs SM Naruto battle) However that cannot be the case for Sasuke if the plot is apparently working for him and Kishimoto is giving him this much potential and showcasing. It may as well be the case that Sasuke doesn't kill Naruto be cause he needs him to end the Infinite Tsukuyomi.

On the other hand, should we be sure enough that Naruto has demonstrated his max...?
I don't think so...
He might have displayed most of his arsenal but how'd he use any of his jutsu in a certain scenario is still in mystery...

Anyway, let's just enjoy the show when it's been revived by it's writer...
