So... we know Naruto is alive in the upcoming movie and we know Sasuke isn't confirmed to be in the movie..

How hilarious would it be if Sasuke isn't in the movie because Naruto and all of his subordinates/comrades are under his genjutsu? I don't think Sasuke is evil, and Naruto could rest easy with Sasuke out of the picture. (or so he thinks,

I know it won't happen, but what would be your reaction if at the end of, "The Last", you see the camera angle slowly move farther and farther away from Naruto and everyone else, only to see a close up of Sasuke's rinnegan. Moving out farther, you see the image of Naruto's new life within Sasuke's eyes, with a devilish smirk on his face?

I for one, would be ecstatic. If only shounen had darker endings..

I don't think there is a genjutsu apart from the IT that Naruto can be put under with Kurama on the inside to wake him up .Nice imagination though if that happened i would be horrified.No disrespect meant.

Funny thing is, I'm sure something similar to this has crossed Kishi's mind.

But this show/manga/story definitely isn't for children. When you take a look at Naruto, there's so much corruption. You have:

• Alcohol abuse
• Gore/blood
• Violence
• Murder
• Political corruption
• Lying/deceit
• Swearing
• Mental disorders
• Enslavement
• Moderate lust
• Etc.

Naruto maybe started off innocent enough, but it's definitely got all these themes.^​

Eh, if Sasuke "died".. Naruto's theme would be kinda ruined, Izanagi or no. If Sasuke loses this fight without Naruto going through hell and back (extreme difficulty), then Kishimoto is kind of ruining the hype he built up with this chapter.

I dunno, personally.. it'll be poor writing if Naruto just "wins". I'd like Sasuke to win, but to show mercy to Naruto and lower his guard. Giving Naruto a small chance to defeat Sasuke and somehow strip him of his powers. Right now, Kishi is damned if Sasuke dies, and he's damned if Naruto is defeated.. so he has to find some logical middle ground that makes some kind of coherent sense.

Which honestly won't be too hard. I have a little faith.​
