He was also the only ninja at his time to acquire the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan.

Madara- a man who is a legend, god, even a fairy tale for some people. Madara- he is an invincible immortal!
Madara had the greatest and strongest chakra.
Once Madara declared a war, everyone was so scared that they immediately knew, that they had to form an alliance.
After Hogoromo, Madara was able to awaken the Rinengan, and had the full power of it, since they were his own eyes.

Madara's fearsome abilities
Madara- a man so powerful that his name alone caused fear. Madara's Perfect Susanoo was so strong that the mere shockwaves created from the sword were able to cut through mountains.
After awakening the Rinengan, Madara was able to send giant meteors from the sky to the earth.
Madara was able to defeat all the Bijuus at once with a single move.
Madara was even able to get the power of the Sage.
With the Sage powers Madara was able to create multiple humongous CT's.
Madara also had powerfull Katons, could control Kurama and was able to cast Infinite Tsukoyomi, and had mokuton abilties gained from Hashirama.
