Is this so hard to understand? They are going to fight, therefore plot dictates they are even. Feats mean nothing. Plot no Jutsu overrides all others. Naruto never lost his Rikudou Sage Mode, because he still has the bijuu, those magical immortal infinitely self replicating entities.

Actually Naruto has their chakra. The point is Sasuke has the 10 tails eyes while Naruto has the 10 tails body (chakra).

I haven't seen enough from Sasuke to put him on Naruto's level yet. If he has all of the rinnegan abilities then he will be at Naruto's level.
