The shinobi system is just corrupt. Becoming Hokage and trying to change shinobi and whole villages would just cause more people to retaliate and cause more chaos in the ninja world, his way would only make things worse in my opinion.

Sasuke's methods break Natural Law. Peoples' rights to life and liberty. How can people be guaranteed freedom if Sasuke is judge, jury, and executioner?

How can order be kept in a world in which the leaders elected by citizens of nations were all killed? How can these people follow Sasuke's new world?

They can't, Sasuke has to control the world through fear and power. This is why he is the bad guy.

that's what i've been doing, but the closest thing any opposing debater can give is some "greater good" line that doesn't actually explain anything other than them trying to validate the execution of 5 ppl and Sasuke taking it upon himself to decide that he's the best fit to be the creator of the new system when he hasn't managed to dig his own head out of the sand yet.
