I think that this is first time in quite a time that OP chapter isn't best.
Except the thing you didn't like, on my second thoughts I also didn't like Doflamingo's backstory.
Father didn't want him to buy slaves, so he wants to destroy whole world. :| It's pretty lame from my point of view.

Also, try to reread the chapter, no, it's best for you to reread the whole Dressrosa arc and tell us which part or panel that showes Doffy's father didn't give Doffy a slave and got him in rage because of it?
There was none, was it? Since that wasn't the main reason, heck, that can not even called as a reason for Doffy to destroy the world. Hmm.......how should i simplify the logical reasons for you to understand...

Doffy. 1-8 years old. Rich. Spoiled. Shitty brat. Suddenly. Father. Change. Live. As a commoner. Wealth gone. Mother. Died. Poor. Angry. Kill stupid father. Return. Old lifestyle. But. Other tenryuubito. Rejected. Labelled as 'traitor'. Doffy. Pissed off. Aim. World/Noble Destruction.

That's the part that it's lame. Guy wasn't spoiled, he wanted to be spoiled. He never had slaves, but he wanted to have them, just like other kids.. and so on...
I saw yours in that one.
The first two panel of Doffy's flashback shown by Oda were to describe how he had been spoiled. He was only a kid but dared to asked and did such things like they were his business as long as he had the tenryuubito title. 8 year-old is a very mischievous stage of childhood. After distorting him with that kinda lifestyle, Doffy's father perhaps finally realised it wasn't a great idea to keep up the cruel routine and took his family down to carry on a life as a commoner. Sudden life transition akin to that will anger any kid in the world. From extreme wealth to dead poor + caused mother's death.

It obviously wouldn't have a winner, but I was hoping that we would see more than this.
Wait for the anime then, they'll stretch it out for you guys. I don't know why you guys would want a fight that would literally go nowhere. It's too early for a fight like that. We've just gotten to the NW recently too (1 arc ago).

I wanted to see more a Sabo's Dragon Style, the anime cant do that since even if they did show some more of his Dragon Style, it wouldn't be canon.

I rather see cannon shit and yes I wanted too see more of his Dragon style/techs and how good he is with the pipe staff...basically I wanted to see how strong this dude was before the DF...I don't mean random fan service but his actual strength and what he can do..not Mera Mera related..even if it didnt have a conclussion
I hope he finds hack messed up from Burgess and that leads to round 2....because nothing is stopping Sabo from helping Luffy again

I don't think Oda would want BBs 2nd Mate to get raped so early in the NW. Sabo would only need to use Dragon Claw to beat Burgess imo.
Loll it would take more than that..from Burgess body alone I'd say durability is his strong suit and physical power..but I still want too see the fight its better than nothing...atleast we get to see more martial arts

If you honestly thought we were going to see a full fight between Fujitora and Sabo, and actually witness its conclusion where one of the two wins against the others... well, that's your own problem for having unrealistic expectations.
As for Doflamingo's flashback, obviously it's not everything we're going to see of his life.
