What did the current Kages do to Sasuke?

He probably harbors no animosity toward the Gokage after the Summit, so he probably wishes to kill them in order to become a Kage of the world. And with no one strong enough to oppose him, except Naruto, his plans are feasible.

Raikage stealing tailed beasts to make his village stronger. Which caused wars.

He's simply killing them because they're starting wars and are part of that twisted ninja system.

i don't blame the other Kage. They had to help kill Sasuke to prove they had no allegiances with Akatsuki. And oh, Sasuke came there being the instigator. What were they supposed to do, just sit there and let him do w/e?

Its like the Chinese proverb goes "He who seeks vengence must first dig two graves, one for his enemy and one for himself."

This speaks towards the self destructing and all consuming nature of seeking revenge. And as Sasuke has already stated "He is an Avenger" he lives for revenge. All life taught him was vengence. Look at his actions:

1) Spends most of time training to kill Itachi. Kills Itachi, Shifts focus towards Danzo, the who gave Itachi the order to kill his family.

2) He kills Danzo, shifts focus towards the goverment/social system that empowered Danzo. (Kages)

3) Kages have all but died or have been beaten. Shifts gaze towards becoming the new Kage and bringing about a new order/revolution. Which can be considered a sort of revenge in which he is now controlling the very people who stood idly by as his family was killed.

You will see that there is no real end to his revenge, as soon as he has it he quickly finds someone else to blame for his troubles and thus his quest continues. At the end of the day he seeks vengence on the world for being born, and I suspect his backstory could foreshadow the reason behinds Kaguya's mysterious decent into madness.
