What would have happened to the Leaf if Danzo would have been chosen as hokage?

So... As i was driving home from work this came into my mind, what would have happened to the Leaf if Danzo was chosen as 3rd hokage by Tobirama? My guess would have been that the leaf would be kinda like the sand, more darkish :eww:
what do u think?

*What would the leaf be like?
*Look like?
*How strong would the village be?
*Would Danzo make more powerful shinobis than Hiruzen did? Theres no doubt in my mind he would train and exercise shinobis differently than Hiruzen did
*What would have happened to Orochimaru if he was Danzo's student from the start of his route?
*Would Orochimaru still attack the leaf? / If he attacked could he kill Danzo?

If Danzo was Hokage, he would isolate both Naruto and Sasuke. Naruto for Kurama and Sasuke for the sharingan. Danzo would also have Itachi watching over him, so he would either keep Sasuke secluded for protection or use him like Oro did to get revenge on Itachi. hiruzen wouldn't have the guts to call him out just like he looked the other way when Danzo was in charge of the foundation.
