If Naruto kills Sasuke, it'll only continue the cycle of hate and therefore Indra will be forced to only reincarnate into another person & so will Ashura when Naruto dies. Kishi has made it clear, that it needs to stop & that N&S are the only ones to do it. Remember when Hashirama told N&S NOT to become like him & Madara? Naruto said he was going to end the FEUD, not Sasuke. He never has, nor will he ever have intentions of killing his "best friend". Besides, Hagoromo said that Naruto & Sasuke together need to use their seals to stop IT. As we can tell by the Last Movie info, IT is gone.

Sasuke's art, along with Kakashi's art aren't shown for good reasonings...they spoil the plot & destroy the hype.
