Kaguya didn't use her Sharinegan for anything, or at least it is not confirmed. She got easily rekt.
And Madara's most powerful and final Rinnegan just was Limbo.
With 2 Rinnegan and Shinju, all Madara got was 4 or something limbo clones.

Maybe Madara could provide supreme taijutsu asskicking, but I am rather prone that Naruto can just seal, sense and stop all Limbo and Madara.

It is not Madara's fault, but KISHI nerved Rinnegan, jinchurikis and Onmyudon severely.
