sasuke is not stupid, he knows how IT can be released too and he doesn't want it to be released. Chidori now is one of his weakest moves compared to the rinnegan, he is not gonna be using it.

Take Sasuke's Rinnegan for himself if he kills Sasuke, he said he'll save Kurama and the Bijuus no matter the cost. Or Sasuke tap into the Bijuus chakra and use his Rinnegan for his way but we know Naruto doesn't die.

Relax, that's just my theory.
But if you read the chapter you know that Sasuke agreed to releasing IT, but before he does he wants to kill the five Kages first and reign as Hokage. How else do you think Sasuke is going to rule as Hokage and change the ninja world if all the ninjas are trapped within IT. Says Sasuke isn't going to be using Chidori because it's his weakest move, but uses it to cut Madara in half and to stun Kaguya. Sure man, ofcourse he's going to utilize Chidori and Chidori now has an upgrade thanks to the Sage. It's stronger than evar.
