Three eyed madara is unbeatable 1 on 1. Without BZ kaguya can't, BZ can't in an actual fight, Naruto and Sasuke would need each other, it's safe to say he's unbeatable in a 1 on 1.

He would either dodge or use limbo to dodge that (even pain could dodge RS)
Madara would teleport out of it with his third eye

Kaguya was an idiot. Madara dogded minato's attack and cut his arm off.
He has the same eye as kaguya, that eye was what teleported them.
