[Discussion] Sasuke strategy plan.

sasuke possible plan:

first:
Seal all tailed beast and making them under his control, where he could use them whenever he want with his rinnengan genjutsu.

SECOND:
kill his rival naruto. The most dangerous person who own other half of tailed beast power.

THIRD:
Kill all the kage. Most of them too strong to be erased their memory using genjutsu.

Forth:
cast special genjutsu, where he could rewrite all ninja war fellowship memory to think sasuke is the only kage.

Last:
Freed them from IT. with the help of under controlled tail beast. HOLA, his ambition completed.

hogurama didnt mention anything about seal. those seal is only use for sealing kaguya. ntg to do with IT.
