Not silly at all. Naruto was not surprised by suckske. Sometimes you have to believe in someone even when they don't believe in themselves. Naruto was simply giving suckske every opportunity to do the right thing. In the end, Kishimoto decided suckske would be an evil FV. Now that choice is made, Naruto goes into action and we all know who wins that one.
Whaaaa...? What's wrong with you? Suckske? You got some weird words you're using over there. Anyway, if you're using words like "evil" to define what's going on right now, you're a lot more naive than Naruto is, that's for sure...
He's just wishful XD
I think naruto will not kill sasuke but I really don't know how naruto will convince him.
IMO sasuke will not change U_U
But see, that's what makes this whole thing interesting. Not the fight itself, but what is going to come from it? Naruto isn't a murderer, it's not his way. He also knows that Sasuke means well but how can Naruto change Sasuke after everything that has happened, Naruto before already said that he has resolved to kill Sasuke but he says if they fight, they will both die. But everyone knows Naruto will not die. So what will he do? I can't wait to find out.
May be it will be the his fight with Sasuke that will wear away the childish zeal in him ... not unlike how Hashirama matured at the end of VOTE.
I think we can say for sure that will happen. The results will definitely breed a new mindset for Naruto.
There's nothing much to discuss actually, it seemed to me that naruto and sage both pretty much knew that sasuke had sinister motive, that's why naruto didn't seem surprised when sasuke said he wants to eliminate gokages. He's not being naive at all, he knew he will have to fight sasuke in the end.
It was obvious he had a hidden agenda. And most of us fans knew the two would fight eventually. But I'm glad to know just exactly what breeds the fight to happen. And what's to happen afterwards too. I'm sure Naruto knew Sasuke would be a problem eventually too so why go as far to call Sasuke a good guy? That's naive in my eyes. I wouldn't call him a bad guy but after all Sasuke has done, whether he has good intentions or not, shouldn't be defined as a good guy.
