First ,Sasuke's s/t has cool down
Second,DMS kakashi 's kamui snipe fused with rikudo's chakra is much faster than the kamui which minato avoided barely with ftg
So even if we assumed that sasuke can react to DMS kakashi's kamui snipe and avoid it by his s/t ,once sasuke uses his s/t one time ,his s/t will be in cooldown and he will get sniped by kamui ,since kamui snipe has no cool down

And just a wondering , what is sasuke's counter for jiubidomas!!??

stop sprouting nonsense, his eye doesnt recharge after a use. he used it about 3 times agaisnt madara and he didnt note any recharge, when he used it to bring madara in between his attack he was gonna immediately use it again to follow him but madara had left his range. besides you act like sasuke cant use any of his ability while its on recharge, if his s/t is on cooldown he uses ps to keep himself safe while it recharges, kakashi is not sniping anything, cooldown or not.

after some chapters,sasuke used his s/t to swap places with sakura’s jacket but when kaguya teleported them to the gravity dimension and shot him and naruto with ash bones ,he said his eye wasnt ready yet

did you get it ?his s/t was in cooldown twice through 3 times of using it

your evidence is so weak since sasuke failed to teleport after he teleported madara between him and naruto ,madara talked about the range but the cooldown can be a reason too since sasuke wasnt full aware of his s/t weakness points

there was at least 2 mins between sasuke’s using s/t to evade madara’s lightening and using s/t to swap places with the sword,remember naruto attacked madara but madara pushed him back with limbo then naruto and sasuke were analysing limbo and madara was talking about thier sudden power up



and then there were at least another 2mins before sasuke using his s/t to teleport madata between them ,remember sasuke was talking to naruto about the plan and madara was talking about sasuke’s rinningan ability
