What does Sasuke has currently?
Rinnegan, All the Bijuus under his control, PS.

What Naruto has?
Kurama's half, chakra of all the Bijuus more like a discussion spot. Anything else? Nope.

What the story says?
Peace.
Sasuke will have to change to good and either live or die. To stop the transmigrations.
Naruto will have to change Sasuke before he dies.

It's all in Naruto's hands from here on.
We don't know exactly how the fight will proceed to the obvious results. But during the fight, Sasuke has the Bijuus, rinnegan abilities to stop/kill Naruto.
And Naruto must overcome all this to reach Sasuke.
And even after possessing the Bijuus, rinnegan, PS, Sasuke has to bow towards the Good side.

It's a battle between Naruto + Kurama VS Sasuke + 9 Bijuus. Also the results are clear.
Hence Naruto is stronger. Lol

Naruto lost in the Valley so he'll be winning this there will be a great fight no doubt but Naruto will win he has alot to fight for in this and no reason to want to give up.
