Again I'm not totally sure this would work, but Minato with ultra-lightweight boulder jutsu? Reduces the weight of anything and then teleports it at a fraction of the chakra cost? Also increasing his speed drastically since he doesn't rely on melee strikes for combat anyway and a light kunai should still cut like a heavy one. Adversely Minato is one of the few characters that can successfully escape the kill zone of tengai shinsei after casting the jutsu.

That's true. For Itachi I would give Hashirama's sage regeneration though, since it doesn't rely on stored chakra from a yin seal.

Mu with FTG. Could teleport jintons behind opponents with surprise jintons.

Hidan with Suigetsu's liquification. Immortality + liquification, impossible to kill. In curse mode, he can stab himself and liquify his own wound but his opponent gets killed.

Hidan with kamui. Engage in close combat and get a scratch of blood (easy to do because kamui), then teleport yourself to the kamui dimension and do your ritual in peace.

Hidan with FTG. Basically the same as above.

Hidan with tsukuyomi? Snare and/or destroy an opponent mentally in a brief moment, rush them and stab/cut for blood whie they're under and then perform the ritual.

Also true, I'd forgotten bringer of darkness was just genjutsu, though I suppose with Tengai Shinsei he could use the shadow of the meteor to hold everyone in place, though it would almost definitely be suicide.
