u need a sertin amount of posts soo that u can use high rank jutsu
it be kinda retarded if some one with a small amount of posts was teaching some one that can use higher rank jutsu than thay could
it just dont work that way
no that cool madara is my sensei
so ill just stick with that

hmmm can u combine chidori and rasengan so make some awesome thing?
like first the chidori, cuz it needs some hand signs and then charge up the rasengan on the other hand and before u attack you combine them into one?
