Kyuubi was as much of a factor as PS. When Kyuubi and PS combine, they can rival shinsuusenjuu (yet shinsuusenjuu is still stronger). Alone, each donʻt stand a chance.

SM Hashirama > EMS Madara + Kurama >> edo madara > EMS Madara = base hashirama IMO.

Just edited my post, there's some more things that I put down.
I'm not saying that, but it is weaker then Shinsuusenju, and it is a base Jutsu. Spiral Zestu is Hashirama's clone, and his is smaller.
Shinsuusenju is Hashirama's strongest SM Jutsu. And his strongest in general.
That second part about the Kyuubi and PS makes no sense mate.
Shinsuusenju battered the PS till only a little bit of it was still there, and threw Kurama around like it was a baby. Mokujin and Mokuryu only came into play after Shinsuusenju had already battered PS Kyuubi. And after it was throwing Kurama around.
