If you are talking about the Lucci of CP0 then Luffy would be able to beat that guy mid diff at most. Their strongest fighter probably has at least 20,000 doriki

Luffy nearly lost to Lucci... That fight was a high/extreme-diff. fight. 10k sounds reasonable, since it's 2.5x greater than the strongest former CP9 member (Lucci). Doriki only factors in pure physical strength/power and doesn't include DF power & I'm assuming haki as well. Also a level of 500 doriki is considered to be superhuman.

well if they get there own arc thier boss will get kicked by luffy high/extreme as any main villian (- hody jones /ceazer) crrent luffy is at least three times stronger than pre timeskip luffy so their boss`s doriki will be around 12,000 -10,000 imo
