Best Developed Character

I actually never looked at his backstory that way. It's a real cautionary tale about not falling in with the wrong people for the sake of being something greater. Damn that's some good stuff.

Thanks When I first read the flashback I was like "Wow, this is something I can relate to." and I connected it with modern society and how teenagers are about trends and well came up with that

That's the beauty of it. It's like he never was a villain. He was never a villain. He just knew no other path than the one he was on. He did evil things, but he was never a villain.

Kabuto, Shikamaru, Pain/Nagato, Obito and Gaara for me. Naruto has developed a lot, but it's quite obvious as he's the main character.. The development itself was pretty predictable of course.
