honestly by feats, sasuke would lose.

He hasnʻt even shown the ability to use PS and his body swapping jutsu at the same time, and even if he did the range of his swapping jutsu is so limited that narutoʻs clones can easily just stay out of it.
PS is not dodging a beast rasenshuriken and naruto has already shown the ability to detonate them with his mind. Swapping places with a naruto clone is one of the dumbest things he could do since heʻll be right next to the other clones and without protection from his susanoo (and he canʻt even fly).

OT. it was the original naruto that matched kaguyas chakra arms momentarily with his own chakra shroud, nothing suggests his clone will possess the same physical energy. if kaguya went up against a clone using her chakra fists it will have been obliterated easily, so his clones chakra arms are not destroying ps.

Why are the shadow clones jutsu weaker than the original?

multiple occasions actually.

First one was against pain when naruto mentally caused the FRS to expand and then explode.
Second one was against the juubi when naruto detonated his SM FRS in the air in order to destroy the juubiʻs spikes.
Third time was against Madara when naruto commanded his YRS to ʻburstʻ causing it to expand and cut the shinjuu in half.

A mass amount of clones can't just spam every jutsu in his arsenal


They were stuck to using taijutsu

base Naruto more than 300 chapters ago had an army of clones creating fuuton rasengans, and thatʻs before he even knew how to use the rasenshuriken.

A base Narut clone with a tiny portion of Kuramaʻs chakra was capable of making oodama rasengans, naruto rikudou senjutsu clones are at the very least capable of flight, I donʻt see any reason to deny clones of Narutoʻs most powerful forms the feats of KCM and even base clones.
