one villain which one will it be and why?

i would forgive pain reason he lost his parents , lived in war and later lost his only best friend.

A lot of people have been too young to even know how the PS1 looks like, you know. I for myself know the games reputation but never played it 'cause I was too young myself at that point. I mean it came out 1996.
