Pain wins med diff. Amaterasu can be sensed, and repelled or absorbed. After 1 use itachi will start to suffer strain which will make the win easier for pain.

I can't really decide. Genjutsu may work. As for CT, that's the biggest question. People ask how can Itachi destroy the orb, when it took a bijuubomb, and a rasenshuriken as well? I could argue that we have no proof as to how much it needs to destroy CT. A bijuubomb may have been enough alone. And what if Itachi spams his Yasaka Magatama, that may be enough. That's just an assumption, though.

Preta Path is not that much of a big deal...it is vulnerable to taijutsu. And it doesn't have speed feats, Totsuka may catch him.

Shinra Tensei can be withstood...The real question is CT, again. It can go either way u.u Depends on if genjutsu may work, or CT destroys...
