Harribel has dark skin, green eyes, and messy blonde hair which has three braided locks. She wears an oddly-cut variation of the Arrancar jacket that covers the lower part of her face downward, while baring a good portion of the lower half of her breasts; this jacket, unlike that of other Arrancar, is provided with a zipper running along its entire length that is opened from the bottom upwards. The jacket's sleeves completely envelop her arms, terminating in black glove-like extensions at her extremities, which slightly gives her fingers the appearance of a cat's paws. Harribel carries her Zanpakuto on her back. The sword itself is notably broad and short compared to others, and has a western-style guard. She's also noted to where masks made of skeletal remnants. Unlike most Gyojin, her mother was a normal human while her father was Gyojin. This lead to her dominately taking on her mom's features but gaining her fathers physical abilities.
Personality:
Tia rarely speaks, and when she does, she's fairly serious. An example would be when she tells her Genin that being afraid of a Senior Sensei's skill is a natural reaction. She calculated the battle between Broly and Teno was more of a fight between two Sensei than anything else. She also tends to cross her arms when not engaged in combat. Similar to her fellow Gyojin, Tia is composed, receptive, analytical, and prefers not to engage in combat; she is content on silently observing both parties until the fighting reaches its conclusion, and actually fights only when she is challenged and attacked by an opponent or commanded to fight by her superiors, though she is very reluctant to follow orders from anyone besides Gin or Darui.

Background Information
History:Tia was born into a very wealthy family in in an unknown area, but as a young, 5 year old child she was traded to Kiri for some Noob, probably named venom or some shit. When she got to Kirigakure she registered into the ninja academy and only a year later he graduated, but was only the fifth ranked in her class. As a 6 year old genin, Tia was put on the most lame missions but always enjoyed what she did. After a few months of successfully passing every mission given to her, a shinobi named Solf trained her in her affinity; Suiton. She quickly picked up on the element and mastered it with quite ease.
After that, a shinobi named Kerrah-Senpai taught her wind, teaching the element with the utmost detail and skill.
The third element she learned was earth, which was taught to her by a sage mode user named Cobalt. She also picked up on this element with relative ease, coming up with numerous defenses and attacks with the element...
Later in her life she learned fire from Hellsbadass, though the guy took forever and always vanished on her
Her last element was water which was taught to her by one of his closest teachers; Mystogan. After being beat by Mystogan and learning lightning from him, Tia vowed to kick that ass with lightning one day..
Along with the elements Tia learned Ninjutsu from Adachi, Genjutsu from Gobi, Kenjutsu from Nemo, and Taijutsu from her close friend Gin! Along her travels around the ninja world she also learned personally made skill sets by friends and shiz. At one point her and her rival Yashiro hosted a tournament of teachers/Senpai which included lots of skilled shinobi that were highly dangerous. At the end of the tournament, Tia was declared the victor, and in return one of the participants named vex offered to teach her his Nintaijutsu style.
She also met Lili-chwan, one of the most powerful and skilled shinobi to exist. She got to know her a little and allowed her to sign her personal summoning contract, the Cubozao.. Oh and she went to Ame at some point, kicked some ass and learned their Hidden ability Rain release...
After getting most of her skills and jutsu honed, Tia has started her path to be the Sage of the Sky and becoming a senpai under the almighty Madara Uchiha. u.u
While traning in the Land of Clouds. Tia came across this god child Who will be the future of Kumo. She saw a scope, a future in the eyes of that golden child. She wanted to make him strong, so she decided to train him in his Speciality the Futon element. Their relationship was more than a senpai and a student. somenthing like blood Brother/Sister. The golden child was none other than -Best-, The gloden child, the child of prophecy of Kumogakure no sato. The future 5th Raikage.
From there, the two continued studying newer jutsu and Tia was not only building the kid up to be greatness, but also making herself a legend on the same path. Though one day her student would surely surpass her.

Gyojin Clan:
The Gyojin clan share some basic abilities related to their genetic traits, such as: their incredible physical abilities (about 2 times stronger and 1.5 times faster then a regular human), a naturally occurring mucoprotein (common to fish) that is both a protection against bacterial infections but also a natural insulator, the ability to breathe underwater, an uncommon resistance to D-rank and under water techniques, and finally incredible swimming speed.
Then, as you rise amongst the clan’s rank, a clansman develops/is taught some new abilities: a strong affinity with water (being able to use B-rank and under without handseals as well as defining their resistance to water jutsus, being unaffected by C-rank and under), a new branch of taijutsu called Gyojin Karate (customs to be submitted), the ability to sense bodies of water and everything inside a water source, and ultimately high rank clansman are allowed to sign the contract with the mighty Sea Kings (custom to be submitted). Being one of the most skilled in the newer generation of Gyojin, she has been ranked Mazu, right below the clan head.
Water:
Since Training with Suiton masters, Tia has found that her affinity for water came quite easily. She's able to perform water techniques with a single hand seal and she recognizes most Canon water jutsu from hand signs alone due to intricate research on the element and its jutsu. Due to being a Gyojin, she can use water jutsu B-rank and lower without hand seals, along with being able to sense bodies of water or whatever is touching the water.
Wind:
She's also quite adept with Wind, being able to perform Wind jutsu twice as fast as shinobi of her rank..
Physical prowess:
Being born Ambidextrous Tia is able to weild weapons such as her swords and other weapons with either hand and be equally effective with which ever one she is using. While in combat with just a single sword she usually switches hands alot due to being so used to using two swords at once. Being a Kenjutsu and Taijutsu specialist along with being a master of numerous fighting styles, who's been in numerous close range battles, she has increased her reflexes, two fold, along with strength and speed past shinobi of her rank... Like any other shinobi, she carries the usual weapons such as kunai, flash bombs etc. On her lower back, strapped on horizontally, is two normal sized katanas, one hilt sticking from the left and one from the right, both hilts made of skeletal remnants. Along with her amazing swordsmanship, Tia has been noted to be well above average in terms of physical strength and speed. With her bare hands she is capable of shattering boulders with a single punch and to the normal eye her movements are but just a blur.. Due to being a Gyojin and taijutsu specialist, her base speed is about 2 times faster than normal shinobi her rank. Worn vertically on her back is a 6 foot long 3 feet wide steel, chrome boomerang used specifically for her custom fighting style. To complement the single boomerang, she has a dozen kunai-sized boomerangs exactly like the bigger one but stored in a pouch on her upper right thigh.
