new jutsu for kakashi :the ultimate raiki

kakashi is one of the beast techs creators in the manga ,he created raiki when he was 12

having sharingan made kakashi forget how he used to be ,how creative he was ,so now after kakashi has lost the sharingan ,i think kishimoto will show us new op techs created by kakashi after some time skip
i created a op jutsu for kakashi hoping that i would inspire kishimoto considering that he watchs us now Lol

THE ULTIMATE RAIKI :

kakashi turns his body into raiki,into lightening ,he becomes intangible then ,not that only but he also can move at lightening speed striking his enemy with raiki which is basically his whole body now

kakashi becomes so fast that when he moves,the world around him looks like frozen to him ,he can achieve many things faster than a blink of an eye like the one of the last x-men movie when he changed the direction of the cops’s bullets and punched them instantly


also when he uses the ultimate raiki ,there is nothing he cant pierce or cut ,the speed provides raiki incredible cutting and piercing power


i know i am delusional but i have nothing to lose

Sasori, Orochimaru, Tobirama, (This can also be said for Sasuke, but I'll leave I'm as a possibility for now) all beat Kakashi in this category.

not a copy of raikage’s armor ,ultimate raiki is much superior
raikage surround himself by lightening armor while kakashi turns himself into lightening becoming intangible

raikage’s speed is nowhere lightening speed while ultimate raike enables kakashi to move at lightening speed since he turns into lightening

ultimate raiki makes kakashi invisible ,it rivals even perfect kamui(though kamui is still superior)

who evaded or reacted to light speed in the manga !!?

absorbing something moves at light speed !!,i doubt it ,also they wont have enough reaction to do so

which wind attack would catch someone moves at light speed

What if Kakashi can memorize the amount of chakra he used for raikiri . He will understand how much chakra he used ...If that happens kakashi still can use raikiri with out sharingan

No, I remember seeing something like "[Kakashi was the greatest jutsu creator]", but now it says one of the best -_/. Anyway, creating Chidori is not the most impressive at that age. Sasuke tamed Lightning -_-, Tobirama created several major jutsu, Sasori's puppets, and Orochimaru's kinjutsu (and his early arsenal.)

Kakashi never tamed lightning. He mastered his LIGHNING chakra nature, not nature itself -_-.
