[Predictions] MY theory on Naruto's bandaged arm.

I think that it will have something to do with Naruto and Sasuke only being able to understand each other with their fists. I think it might have something to do with Sasuke's goal creating a conflict. He was asked what he really meant when he said he wanted to be Hokage, but he wasn't able to say anything.

Every time Naruto and Sasuke have fought so far, it culminated in a rasengan and a chidori, and this time it might cause some permanent damage because of the level of their power. They will be able to see each others' side, but after that, it's yet to be revealed what they will decide to do.
