2T Sasuke with Lee's speed was getting blitzed and spanked by KN0 Naruto. That same KN0 Naruto with his clones couldn't land a single hit on Kimmimaro despite him being in a hurry to save Sasuke

. He stomps Kakashi with 2T. Kimmi has a 5 in taijutsu as well as a 4.5 in speed to at least show that he's pretty fast and good in CQC.
I say he beats 2T Kakashi low diff while he beats 3T med-high diff since Lee's movements are not only unpredictable but fast as noted by Kimmi. If not, he'll need gates to blitz 3T Kakashi.
