Disappointed in Sasuke

I was Expecting so much more for his rennigan ability i mean the ability to swap places really?Obitos one eye had Kumai, which was a 100 times better then sasukes swapping ability! Now the ability isnt that bad ,its not good if you ask me ,but at the same time its not bad ,and on top of it being just an ok ability it has a cool down and the last thing that really dissappoints me is its speed there were some panel i saw where it looks like naruto is just as fast sasuke despite sasuke teleporting,i think kishmoto rushed sasukes ability to fast without really thinking about his current abilities and the current power scale of the manga.

It isn't that bad but not as effective as Naruto's pure Godly speed... But disappointment lies there since it's the Sharinnegan, look at what others' Sharinnegan could do... But I guess, Sasuke isn't just able to fully utilize it yet...

Blame kishimoto for his bad writing, it makes absolutely no sense that he only had one justu and kept having a cool down mode, when he barely even used it, it's just excuse so that naruto can shine.

Wasn't that due to rikudou's chakra?? Remember kakashi also used black raikiri after obito gave him power boost?? It's not exactly senjutsu.
