All senju is not as strong as Hashirama so might be just like Tsunade since the strong life force came from Hashirama's DNA plus transmigrant chakra.
If not tobirama would be op as fk/on par with his bro.
And considering not all Uchihas awake the Sharingan then if normal senju + normal uchiha = still strong but not OP

ems is achieved by merging two MS eyes of the same blood so bringing any senju dna will do nothing unless you're talking about Hashi's. It gave them the ability to fast heal and Mokuton, that's it.
But if you obtained EMS and combine that with Hashirama's (not just any senju's) DNA then yeah that person will awake the rinnegan, granted he's also the transmigrant of Indra/Ashura
