I fail to see how Lee would hit CS2 3TS Sasuke. Sasuke dodges Lee and oneshots. Any kind of attack would cripple and wreck Lee in that state, that early in the series.

If you have restricted Cursed Mark I would agree with you. But, 5th Gate Lee couldn't hurt Gaara, what could he do to Cursed Mark Form?
