Well Naruto show no interest in Hinata but friendship, after all major Hinata moments it ends with a Naruto and Sakura moment. Hinata tells Naruto she loves him, afterwards he doesn't acknowledge it but is seen being hugged by Sakura by the whole village. She helps motivates Naruto and after that Sakura is motivating the whole alliance into fighting with Naruto as their comrade as she was healing him then Naruto tells his dad Sakura is his girlfriend.
So I don't see how people can think Hinata have much of a chance when she talked to Naruto 5x in the whole Manga (when she told him he could copy her test, when she gave him the medicine, before he fought Neji, when she told him she loved him, when he saved her from white Zetsu and when she motives him. 6x they talked from when he was 12 to 17 and he showed nothing but friendship towards her while saying he really like Sakura or loves her.
I do see Sasuke and Karin possibly being a thing, she feel for Sasuke for a legitament reason, he saved her in the Chunin exam. She's been with Sasuke through his worst and even when he treated her with trash, she is the only one he really apologied to while saying he doesn't care what K11 thought about what he's done. I also think that's why Kishi made Karin do everything she did to try to get to Sasuke when she sensed him dying all because she loves him while having Sakura trying to keep Naruto's heart pumping saying she won't let him die no matter what.
