Naruto's Art bad?

You probably disagree with the Bleach placement right? That's just because you don't like the manga.

Bleach's art is almost as bad as Hunter X Hunter IMO

The character designs in Bleach are the best out if the ones mentioned. Naruto has the most detailed backgrounds. But because I pay more attention to the actual characters I consider Bleach the most well drawn of the ones mentioned. That's just for art though, not for overall manga of course.

Kishimoto has some of the best, most consistent art out of all the hundreds of manga I've read. He's got a great balance between simplicity, detail and subtle artistry. When he goes all out, for his colour spreads, it's a completely different level. None of his panels ever feel too busy like, say, One Piece, and his character designs are all distinct enough from one another so you don't get confused with who's who, like in Magi for example.

There's no doubt Oda is an amazing artist. He just clutters his manga though, which diminishes the value of his art.

He may not have the best story as of now. But his artwork is pretty damn amazing compared to a few other mangas I have read.
