For me, it was Kaguya's defeat. We never got backstory, she seemed less threatening and not-all-there, and in general she was the worst fight in the war arc. The climactic battle was a letdown.

Everything after Obito's defeat. The manga should've ended at that point. The power-ups are ridiculous, plot makes no sense, asspull over asspull, the final villain is a joke, and nothing left of that spirit of the manga which used to be about ninjas. Like Sakura said in the recent chapter:

"I'm so tired of all this, nothing seems to be able to surprise me anymore".
