experiments with immortality jutsu? he doesn't need a jutsu to be immortal.

He's slowly been brainwashing Naruto to love his ramen above everything else (not that it's hard, since Teuchi's ramen is a god) so when Naruto becomes Hokage, all will be forced to eat the ramen, swearing their loyalty to Teuchi-sama.
