He can't, the only thing he can do is deter it, water it done.

His goal is to change the system so that it isn't as bad as it is now.

Basically, he is going to limit the damage the cycle of hatred causes.

by practising ninshuu and spread the ideology amongst the countries so that they may understand each other better like what he do when he spreads kurama's chakra to shinobi alliance

He already did I think. He risked his neck to protect the shinobi from other village and in return everyone stood up as one as comrades. Shinobi who couldn't bare stand along each other are now ready to die to protect each other...... So yeah naruto pretty much ended the cycle of hate

The entire Kage system is going to be eradicated as will ninjas and chakra. The world will unite as a single entity where all the villages become a single cohesive land where the Bijuu can run free and be live the lives they never had

Ever since Nagato was owned by a book, one of Naruto's primary goals has been.

A new system? That sounds more like Sasuke's goal [as he actually said he wants to do that] then Naruto's. Naruto's goal is more fairytale like, he wants to break the curse and ultimately rid the world of hatred, Sasuke wants to destroy the current system and bring a new. Limiting the damage the cycle of hatred causes sounds more like Sasuke's goal, Naruto's is removing hatred altogether.

Okay...? And what if people do not want to 'understand'??? There's always going to be someone out there with hatred, always. There can't be one without the other. By "spread the ideology" do you mean mean force the ideology? Spreading the Ninshuu must be optional for every single individual, and some individuals won't want that. Will Naruto say '**** it' and force it upon them, taking away their free-will?

The same way he leads. Lead by example, inspire others to be their best, invoke the will of fire in the people of the Leaf and hope he can enable a generation of peace seekers.

It's not a concrete way and free will is still a real thing, but it's the only way Naruto would be able to do it I would think. I guess it would be the Will of Fire fully realized.

its impossible, unless he becomes an omnipotent god there is always gonna be hatred and war, its human nature. The best he can do is stop it for short periods of time

He can't, and that's what turned me off from this manga. As soon as his goals went from becoming hokage to saving Sasuke and ending the cycle of hatred, that's when this series turned to garbage. The fact is forgiveness and love and all that crap doesn't change a thing. The only way to end the cycle of hatred is to keep people from hating, which just isn't possible. The fact is the only way you can make change is to force it, and Naruto isn't about that.

There were plenty of situations to salvage the series, to get Naruto to give up on ending the cycle of hatred and forcing his own changes similar to what Sasuke's trying to do, but he didn't. At the same time, I ****ing hate Sasuke. I hate Naruto, but I hate Sasuke about 100x worse. There's nothing worse than an angsty emo character who doesn't know whether he wants to be good or evil. I like Sasuke's philosophy on change, but I hate his character, so any good he brings to the series gets cancelled out, and them some, in my eyes. If Naruto had Sasuke's mindset on change, but wasn't a total flip-flopping emo ****, I could respect him far more.

It's unfortunate, but when the MC of a series' goal is impossible to achieve, you're setting yourself up for a very bad series.
