Minato even without any arms was able to cut the Tree's huge branches, so it should be easier for him to do so with his arms and jutsus. In addition to that, Minato's speed is far above Hashirama's, and he was able to outpace 8th Gate Gai, which also makes it very likely for him to speedblitze Hashirama.

Worst case scenario, he also can use the SF, and Hashirama won't be able to see or sense that either. We know as fact that when the SF touches you, there is no escaping it.

That's Hiruzen bro. Minato lost both his arms I see that as a defeat. Hashirama was immobilized with rods, and so was Tobirama. Hiruzen is the only one that wasn't defeated.
